NATIONAL BULL SALE
Since our arrival in Zambia we have always supported the National Show, and the National Bull Sale. A few years ago the Show was cancelled due to disease pressures in the country. The National Bull Sale has carried on, and has been supported annually, with great success. In 2017 the top price bull was sold to Mr Chris Collett for $6000.
NATIONAL FATSTOCK COMPETITION
At Lwimba we have always placed a large emphasis on the Fatstock competition, where animals are judged on the hoof and then on the hook. For the last 10 years the santas from Lwimba have won the overall champion animal at the show. Something that gives us great pride as the quality of the carcass is what it is all about at the end of the day
